Job Summary:

You will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs such as:

  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates
  • Source resumes and coordinate interviews with our clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and leads
  • Perform various customer service related activities

You will be responsible for servicing existing client companies and organizations . This is a professional services business, and we apply a consultative approach that is directed at building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be part of a team-oriented process to deliver the solutions to our clients. This job is all about performance and results.


  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree (ideal but not required)
  • Additional certifications and other professional development experience
  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • Customer service and people skills
  • Phone, email, and chat communication skills
  • Prospecting skills
  • Territory management aptitude
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums
  • Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale
  • Motivation skills and a positive attitude
