- Coordinate the full process of recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation with candidates.
- Source, phone screen and interview candidates.
- Constantly identify new and creative sourcing methodologies in order to ensure an ongoing pipeline of potential freelancers
- Coordinate external agency relationships where applicable for volume and project hiring.
- Calendaring and testing follow-up
- Ad-hoc HR administrative related activities including new hire orientation
