Job Description

  • Coordinate the full process of recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation with candidates.
  • Source, phone screen and interview candidates.
  • Constantly identify new and creative sourcing methodologies in order to ensure an ongoing pipeline of potential freelancers
  • Coordinate external agency relationships where applicable for volume and project hiring.
  • Calendaring and testing follow-up
  • Ad-hoc HR administrative related activities including new hire orientation
