Job Summary:
You’ll be delivering a high level of customer service
You’ll answer incoming calls from all sites and triage call accordingly
You will utilize the EPIC EMR system to input new patient data and schedule appointments based on physician availability and specialties
You’ll be able to problem solve patient issues utilizing identified resources
Obtain insurance referrals and authorizations prior to the patient visit
You’ll deliver expert knowledge regarding clinic specific processes and accurately document and route calls to the proper department
You’ll identify urgent patient needs or operational issues and escalate appropriately while maintaining respect and composure when speaking with internal and external customers
You will be promoting online check in platform for pre-visit registration and facilitate communication between the patient and the Clinic
You’ll review Document Routing bin daily for appointment requests from primary care offices, insurance carriers and/or patients
You’ll perform other Call Center duties as required

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year of recent medical and/or call center experience
This position requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate with Physicians, staff and patients
Ideal candidates must display a commitment to superior patient service
