Job Summary
• Provide support to pharmacy operations while delivering courteous and informed assistance to customers
• Work under direct supervision to ensure efficient pharmacy service

Key Responsibilities
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer assistance
• Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and pharmacy staff
• Support pharmacy operations under direct supervision

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a Specialty Pharmacy
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience handling member or provider inquiries in a pharmacy setting

Certifications
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (State or National) not required
