⢠Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and pharmacy staff
⢠Support pharmacy operations under direct supervision
Required Qualifications
⢠2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a Specialty Pharmacy
⢠Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Preferred Qualifications
⢠Experience handling member or provider inquiries in a pharmacy setting
Certifications
⢠Pharmacy Technician Certification (State or National) not required
