Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Integration Developer Analyst to support and maintain production interfaces across clinical and operational systems. This role is critical in ensuring data exchange reliability within a healthcare environment, requiring hands-on experience with interface engines, particularly Cloverleaf and Rhapsody.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide production support for healthcare interfaces, ensuring real-time data flow between systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on integration-related incidents and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain and optimize interface configurations to support clinical and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement changes, and support integration-related initiatives.
  • Monitor interface engine logs and performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Participate in system upgrades and support the deployment of new interfaces.

Required Experience:
  • Must have hands-on working experience with both Cloverleaf and Rhapsody interface engines.
  • Experience supporting HL7 and other healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT environments and system workflows.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in fast-paced, mission-critical settings.
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
