Job Summary
Client Gould School of Law is seeking Exam Proctors to support its Academic Services team during Spring 2025 Final Exams. This is a temporary, on-campus position ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-stakes academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor exam rooms to ensure a quiet, secure, and distraction-free environment
- Distribute and collect exam materials
- Verify student identity and ensure compliance with exam rules and protocols
- Provide clear instructions and assistance to students as needed
- Report any academic integrity concerns or unusual incidents to the Academic Services team
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Qualifications
- High attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and observant for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and enforce rules firmly but respectfully
- Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled exam sessions
- Experience in academic, testing, or administrative support environments is a plus
- Onboarding Requirements (Campus â Non-Clinical)
- Background Check (No cash handling or driving responsibilities)
- Social Security Trace
- 7-Year Work and Residence History
- County & Federal Criminal Check (7-Year Scope)
- National Criminal Search & Sex Offender Registry Check
- Application Submission
- Signed Temporary Work Agreement
- Receipt of Harassment & Discrimination Pamphlet
