Job Summary:
Client Annenberg Facilities Operations is seeking a dedicated and professional temporary worker to provide exceptional customer service and support for the Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism. This role involves maintaining building cleanliness, safety, and functionality while coordinating maintenance, liaising with janitorial staff, and assisting with events and office projects.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Assist with daily operations of building facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and liaise with janitorial staff to address building needs.
• Support supply purchases and track inventory for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with emergency and safety regulations.
• Assist with event organization and setup, ensuring logistical readiness.
• Provide support for office moves and renovations.

Must-Haves: 
• Clean-cut appearance.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong preference for candidates with a background in facilities management.

Education: Bachelors Degree, High School
