Customer Service Representative
Job Description
- Manage inbound calls through the company 800 access phone line as well as the local phone line
- Assist customer calls with order placement, product information and all other inquiries regarding their account
- Place outbound calls as required, which could include courtesy calls, surveys, promotional calls, etc.
- Escalate critical issues to Supervision or Management
- Document key customer interactions in the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Support field sales as needed by following up with accounts or providing information
- Assist with pricing and quotes
- Perform project work on occasion to support trade show activities, company events, Company systems or internet search
- All other additional tasks assigned throughout course of employment
- Medical device experience preferred
