Job Description

  • Manage inbound calls through the company 800 access phone line as well as the local phone line
  • Assist customer calls with order placement, product information and all other inquiries regarding their account
  • Place outbound calls as required, which could include courtesy calls, surveys, promotional calls, etc.
  • Escalate critical issues to Supervision or Management
  • Document key customer interactions in the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Support field sales as needed by following up with accounts or providing information
  • Assist with pricing and quotes
  • Perform project work on occasion to support trade show activities, company events, Company systems or internet search
  • All other additional tasks assigned throughout course of employment
  • Medical device experience preferred
