Job Summary:

  • You’ll be delivering a high level of customer service
  • You’ll answer incoming calls from all sites and triage call accordingly
  • You will utilize the Centricity EMR system to input new patient data and schedule appointments based on physician availability and specialties
  • You’ll be able to problem solve patient issues utilizing identified resources
  • Obtain insurance referrals and authorizations prior to the patient visit
  • You’ll deliver expert knowledge regarding clinic specific processes and accurately document and route calls to the proper department
  • You’ll identify urgent patient needs or operational issues and escalate appropriately while maintaining respect and composure when speaking with internal and external customers
  • You will be promoting online check in platform for pre-visit registration and facilitate communication between the patient and the PCC/clinic
  • You’ll review Document Routing bin daily for appointment requests from primary care offices, insurance carriers and/or patients
  • You’ll perform other Call Center duties as required


  • Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year of recent medical and/or call center experience
  • This position requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • BLS/CPR Certified preferred
  • This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate with Physicians, staff and patients
